Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics
- MBA
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget
- Supply chain or logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
