Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead materials management, manufacturing operations, and supply chain performance. This high-impact role oversees purchasing, production planning, inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, machine shop operations, and facilities while driving efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years in manufacturing/production environments
- 5+ years in materials management; 3+ years in leadership
- Strong ERP experience (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Proven leader with strong analytical, financial, and process-improvement skills
