Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) business segment.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management
• Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Planisware, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management processes (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Stakeholder collaboration experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international
• Can navigate competing priorities, sometimes conflicting priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed to oversee programs, projects and meet with stakeholders.
• Strong project management tool knowledge and practical application experience
• Strong project management skills with ability to think ahead, anticipate potential problems, and proactively drive project execution
