Program Manager

Program Manager for Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) business segment responsible for managing digital software and hardware projects, leading development teams, and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management
• Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management processes (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
• PMP certification is a plus.
