Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager North is responsible for commercial development of the region and achieving annual sales and customer satisfaction objectives. They will pilot and develop the skills of the sales teams under their responsibility, while efficiently deploying the company's commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience in managing commercial teams, ideally in a BtoB environment.
- Strong commercial and technical culture.
- Natural leadership and ability to federate field teams.
- Strong results-oriented and performance focus.
- Market analysis and decision-making capacity.
- Proven skills in commercial development and coaching.
- Mastering of office and CRM tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools, CRM).
- Organizational sense and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service sense.
- Autonomy, commitment, and initiative spirit.
- Ability to evolve in a demanding and objectives-oriented environment.
