Requirements

• Higher education in fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, energy or HVAC.
• Confirmed experience in commercial team management, with proven ability to support performance.
• Strong knowledge of the HVAC sector, including solid technical knowledge in refrigeration, air conditioning and associated systems.
• Strong skills in commercial management, financial analysis and activity management.
• Mastery of professional tools, including Pack Office and SAP, as well as English language practice.
• Natural leadership, ability to unite, decide and manage priorities in a demanding environment.
