Customer Service Specialist, I

Customer Service Specialist I will provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and resolving customer issues related to mortgage loans, working a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) skillset preferred
