Prospect and build rapport with customers, guide customers to best mortgage products, and maintain knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and USDA products

3-5 years of related work experience in a legal customer complaint environment plus residential mortgage servicing experience

High school degree or equivalent, 1+ year of experience in mortgage industry, knowledge of RESPA/TILA regulations, prior customer service experience

High school diploma or GED required. College education preferred but not required. Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage banking, and/or financial industry experience required

High school diploma or equivalent work experience, customer service/call center experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Customer service/call center experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred

High school diploma or equivalent + 1 year in collections/customer service. Fluency in Spanish/English & banking/mortgage experience preferred

5+ years underwriting experience. Experience underwriting Non Agency/Non QM loans. Required for DU and LP experience and Paperless Loan System

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 1+ year of experience in mortgage lending analytics. Strong Python/SQL and machine learning skills are needed

High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years mortgage banking experience, Microsoft Word and Excel skills
