Job Description
Join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer and work in our Franklin, TN office. Advise customers on mortgage options and guide them through the mortgage process. Target pay range $125,000 - $300,000 annually.
Requirements
- Prospect and build rapport with customers through outbound and inbound calls
- Guide customers to best mortgage products and collect necessary documents
- Follow up with customers to ensure best-in-class service
- Maintain knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and USDA products
- Knowledge of purchase and refinance transactions
- Knowledge of Carrington's underwriting guidelines and investor requirements
- Proficient in mortgage origination software and technologies
