Job Description
Mortgage Loan Officer responsible for originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policy, providing service to applicants and prospective customers, and maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business.
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
- Proven sales record based on closed loan production
- Current sources of referral business for purchase transactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
- High degree of personal integrity
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
