Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience as a care navigator, care coordinator, or customer services representative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle potentially upset patients
- Discretion in working with confidential information
- Superior judgment, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
