Account Executive, Private Equity Companies

Carta is hiring an Account Executive to join their team, working with Private Equity Firms to evangelize the Carta value proposition and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience selling into the Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Alternative Assets space and is fluent in Private Equity deal team language and back office functions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Private Equity deal team language and back office functions
• 5-7+ years of Enterprise account executive experience selling into the Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Alternative Assets space
• Experience selling to professionals from a Private Equity background and proven ability to speak their language
• Experience closing Enterprise deals
• Strategically navigate large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to execute, especially negotiation and closing
• Flexible and resilient
• Interest in being part of a ‘startup within a startup’
