Fund Accountant

As a Fund Accountant at Carta, you will partner with top venture capital firms to streamline their financial accounting needs and work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, go-to-market and operation teams.

Requirements

• 1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
• Accounting or finance degree
• Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Private Placement Memorandum.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Interest in providing best-in-class-service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask to meet multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund Administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI to streamline and enhance operational workflows.
• Interest in working on projects in a fast paced environment with a supportive team and as an individual.
• Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• CPA/CA qualifications will be an advantage.
