Join Carta's Fund Administration team as a Fund Accountant and contribute to the development of our software and services. Work with top venture capital firms, grow your knowledge of accounting, and partner with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
- Accounting or finance degree
- Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements, Private Placement Memorandum
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
