Strategic Account Manager, Venture Capital

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, maximizing the value they receive from Carta products, building strong relationships, and successfully managing customers through adoption, growth, and renewal phases.

• 7+ years of enterprise client-facing experience
• Proven success in strategic account planning, managing complex portfolios, and driving adoption, retention, and growth
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Data-driven and highly organized
• A proactive team player who mentors others, leads cross-functional initiatives, and demonstrates deep command of the product and industry landscape
