Strategic Account Executive, Private Equity

Carta is a software company that connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will sell fund administration to top-tier Private Equity and Private Credit Funds.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience
• Minimum 5 years selling into Private Equity funds at a Fund Administrator (or Fund Administration adjacent company)
• In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit)
• Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
• Proven ability to execute, especially negotiation and closing
• Intellectually curious, fast learner
• Articulate, poised, and concise
