Job Description
Carta connects venture capital and private equity professionals through a leading SaaS platform designed for the private markets. They are seeking a Director of Sales for their Fund Administration team, responsible for driving growth, leading a team, and overseeing sales processes. The role involves consultant leads, collaboration with product and marketing teams, and building strategic initiatives within the private markets ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experienced in the private markets landscape, especially Private Equity and Private Credit.
- Track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience leading sales or business development teams and managing across multiple business lines.
- Experience with private capital markets community.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for C-level executives.
