Job Description
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for administering and facilitating work-related learning and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, with a concentration in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Communications, or a learning-oriented field
- HR certification, preferred
- Professional HR experience, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience designing and delivering learning programs
