Job Description
The Mobile/Site Supervisor position provides a vital link in the procurement of a safe quality blood product, overseeing donor flow and ensuring compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures. The position involves assigning responsibilities to collections staff, providing excellent customer service, and addressing procedural or behavioral problems. The role also requires mentoring and developing new hire employees and subordinate staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years general work experience
- Customer service experience
- Minimum 6months to 1 year supervisory experience
- Previous Phlebotomy 2, blood banking experience, or medical field experience
