Mgr Mobile Donor Recruitment (51602)

Responsible for developing and organizing a professional recruitment team to achieve blood collection goals, building community relationships, and controlling financial efficiencies. Requires in-person interaction, coordination of work with employees, and face-to-face interaction with the public and/or donors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in blood center operations, sales, and other operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or donor recruitment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team(s)
