Consultant (52088)

The Consultant is responsible for promoting the Carter BloodCare mission, implementing effective strategies to recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with sponsor organizations, and achieving successful blood collection events while meeting established blood collection goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account relationship management
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work closely and harmoniously with the CBC management team, departmental personnel, donor groups, individual donors, collection staff, and volunteers
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Ability to travel and conduct face–to-face sales calls with potential sponsors of blood drives
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-initiative, taking responsibility/ownership of decisions and actions
