Yard Supervisor

This is a hybrid role that combines administrative work and yard operations. The Yard Supervisor will be responsible for employee management, customer service, and yard operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material staging and shipping, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in a lumber yard
• Dispatch experience is a plus
• Ability to direct and train others effectively
• Familiarity with building materials
• Ability to be an effective team member and leader
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
