Regional Manager of Affordable Housing Communities

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable apartment communities in southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in regional management and a strong understanding of Federal Fair Housing Laws and Landlord Tenant Laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ Regional Manager experience
• 3+ years’ on-site property manager experience
• 10+ years’ experience as on-site property manager
• Certifications relevant to assigned portfolio (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent)
• Proficient in Federal Fair Housing Laws and Landlord Tenant Laws
• Ability to travel
