TRG Management, a premier property management company, is seeking a Community Manager for Bay Pointe Towers in South Pasadena, FL. The ideal candidate will possess prior affordable housing experience and be responsible for managing property, attracting tenants, and enforcing occupancy policies.
Requirements
- Prior Affordable Housing Experience
- A minimum of 1 year on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager
- 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service-related business with appropriate certification(s)
- Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
