Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in a car rental, contact centre, partnership relations role environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into practical action
• Confidence working cross-functionally to influence priorities and outcomes
• A structured, outcome-focused approach to problem-solving and delivery
• Clear communication skills for both internal leaders and external partners
• A customer-first mindset balanced with commercial pragmatism
