Leasing Associate (Paralegal)

The Leasing Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Leasing team through the review, abstraction, and administration of lease agreements and related legal documents.

Requirements

• Review, abstract, and summarize lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents
• Support the negotiation and execution of new leases, renewals, and amendments
• Maintain and update the lease administration platform
• Liaise with attorneys, brokers, tenants, and internal departments
• Assist with the preparation of occupancy reports, compliance schedules, and other leasing documentation
• Participate in leasing meetings
• Support the collection and processing of commission invoices, security deposits, and other financial obligations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of leasing processes and systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
