Dealership Warranty Administrator

Carvana is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely submission, correction, and collection of all service warranty claims.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an equivalent administrative role within an automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts, as well as manufacturer warranty procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex warranty guidelines to team members and external contacts
