Carvana is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join their Operations Talent team. The Manager will be responsible for leading full life-cycle recruiting efforts, developing and leading a recruiting team, and meeting high-volume hiring targets. The role will be located at the company's Corporate HQ in Tempe, AZ, and is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience in leadership recruiting.
- 3+ years experience leading a team/others.
- Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs).
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills.
- Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.
