Carvana is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full life-cycle recruiting efforts for its Operations teams. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and 3+ years of experience leading a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience in leadership recruiting
- 3+ years experience leading a team/others
- Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs)
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills
- Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
