Market Operations Manager

Carvana is seeking a Market Operations Manager to lead the Market Operation department in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. The manager will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, and employee experience, among other tasks.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage employee and customer experience
