Job Description
Carvana's Market Operation department is known for its team-oriented, fast-paced environment. As a Market Operations Manager, you'll manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring and training programs. Growth potential is tremendous, and you'll have a direct link to leadership at Carvana's home office in Phoenix.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
- Experience handling logistics
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with good decision-making skills
- Appreciation for differences of opinion
- Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and juggle many things at once
