Market Operations Manager

Carvana is seeking a Market Operations Manager to join their team-oriented and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with good decision-making skills
• Appreciation for differences of opinion
• Savvy to manage employee and customer experience
• Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on new assignments
