Market Operations Manager

Carvana is a company that sells cars in a hassle-free way, and we are looking for a Market Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves managing logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring and training programs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity
• An appreciation for differences of opinion
• The skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and juggle multiple tasks
