Carvana is looking for a Team Lead, Market Operations to run the local Carvana hub and lead a team of Customer Advocates in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment, 3+ years of management experience, and a proven history of developing and coaching employees.
