Team Lead, Talent Acquisition

Carvana is looking for a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to join their Operations Talent team and lead full-life cycle recruiting efforts for Carvana's Operations teams. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership recruiting, and 2+ years of team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have experience using virtual recruitment tools and an ATS, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
• 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience in leadership recruiting
• 2+ years experience leading a team/others
• Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs)
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills
• Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
