Become a Marketplace Lead / Team Lead - Germany (m/w/d) at Carwow and lead the overall performance of our German marketplace (Get Your Car & Sell My Car - our areas for car purchase and sale).

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing a digital marketplace, a business unit, or a data-driven business model
• Proven responsibility for performance, KPIs, and ideally budget or forecasting
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding with the ability to derive clear strategic decisions from data
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Excel as well as security in handling BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics)
• Ability to prioritize, structure decisions, and create accountability
• Leadership experience or clear ambition to develop teams and strengthen ownership (please apply even if you feel you can take the next step in your career with us)
• Communication skills in German and English as well as a confident presence on a management level
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-responsibility, and pronounced hands-on mentality
• Enthusiasm for digital marketplaces and data-based control
