Senior Engineer I -Energy Efficiency

We are seeking a Senior Engineer I with Energy Efficiency and Retro-commissioning (RCx) experience to lead and manage high-profile energy projects, perform energy analysis and savings calculations, and provide technical communication and stakeholder alignment. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic or Chemical Engineering, or related field of study, and 5 – 8 years of engineering experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanic or Chemical Engineering, or related field of study
• 5 – 8 years of engineering experience
• Expert technical knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air systems, steam systems, custom computer modeling of systems, electrical distribution system design, industrial control and data-logging of system results
• Experience in energy efficiency in commercial and/or industrial facilities
• Experience doing retro-commissioning (RCx)
• Experience with Strategic Energy Management (SEM)
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills demonstrated by educational / professional experience
• Strong Project Management experience
