Job Description
This ServiceNow Lead Developer role focuses on the core ServiceNow innovation, configurations, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities. They'll contribute to a dynamic environment by delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly.
- 3+ years of relevant experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
- At least 5 years of experience with common web technologies and networking.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
- Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with directory service integration (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
