Talent Acquisition Specialist

CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
• Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.
• Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
