Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be hands-on in managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. The successful candidate will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape the future of hiring at Power Digital.

Requirements

• Manage candidate sourcing, profile tracking, job postings, and interview coordination in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Schedule and reschedule interviews across multiple rounds with hiring managers, department leaders, and the executive team
• Ensure timely and clear candidate communication
• Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline with speed, accuracy, and a focus on delivering a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and co-lead bi-weekly People Planning meetings
• Manage the employee referral process
• Provide TA, HR, and executive leadership with accurate and timely ad hoc reporting
• Champion and participate in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Support the Talent Acquisition internship program and assist with special projects as needed
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
