As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. You will also help develop the company-wide talent acquisition strategy and contribute to employer brand promotion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a digital / tech environment
- 1+ years in-house talent acquisition experience
- Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
- Experience using social networks to source candidates and promote jobs (eg, LinkedIn, Angelist, Slack, job boards)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
