
Job description
The Technical Support Specialist provides technical support and expertise to end users of software and hardware systems. The incumbent evaluates customer needs and responds promptly to technical issues or inquiries, resolving them to the user’s satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to service requests, complete logs, communicate with end users, conduct research, and escalate issues as needed.
This role requires a patient, analytically minded, and team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
