Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within a global e-commerce, lifestyle, or tech brand.
- Proven track record of successfully growing and managing high-volume, global affiliate programs across major networks.
- Proficiency in leveraging affiliate network platforms for reporting, recruitment, and optimization.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret performance metrics (KPIs, ROI), conduct in-depth analysis, and translate data into actionable strategies.
