The successful candidate will drive customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth initiatives, ensuring adoption of Caseware's cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
- Exceptional presentation skills, including creating professional PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; and strong verbal and written communication
- Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows; ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded); ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
