Account Manager APAC

Caseware is seeking an Account Manager APAC to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level customers in the Government segment, driving customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth initiatives. The role involves developing strategic account plans, executing upsell and cross-sell strategies, and providing actionable insights to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
• Exceptional presentation skills, including creating professional PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; and strong verbal and written communication
• Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows; ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded); ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
