Marketing Operations and Digital Specialist

Caseware is looking for a Marketing Operations and Digital Specialist to support the build and execution of end-to-end campaign processes across all UK marketing channels. The role involves working closely with the Global Manager, Paid Media to run, optimise, and scale UK paid search campaigns, and maintaining clean, accurate marketing data and ensuring all integrations function correctly.

Requirements

• A degree, or equivalent level qualification, in Marketing, or a Marketing-related field.
• 2 years' experience in Marketing Operations
• Hands on experience with Google Ads and paid search optimisation
• Proficiency with CRM / marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt and act with urgency.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
