We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth through expansion and new business. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an account manager selling SAAS products to the US public accounting industry or 3+ years’ experience in assurance services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an account manager selling SAAS products to the US public accounting industry or 3+ years’ experience in assurance services
- Ability to query various sources such as Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Nav to identify opportunities
- Self-discipline, GSD mentality, and a strong desire to succeed
- Record of consistent achievement of goals
- A foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes
- A foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies
- Experience or understanding of sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions
- Prior experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent discovery, listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience mapping customer requirements, needs and goals to solution capabilities, benefits and outcomes
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior work in the audit and accounting technology industry is a plus
