Job Description
Caseware is a Canadian Fintech company seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Enterprise Systems team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the platform's day-to-day operations, driving adoption, and turning business needs into well-structured workflows and insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in Salesforce consulting or development
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Development experience with Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
- College degree, or equivalent experience required
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II or other certifications (nice to have)
