Job Description
Casey Family Programs is seeking a Sr. Director, Yakima Field Office to lead the field office operations and advance practices and policies that promote safe reduction of children and youth in foster care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in management, administration, or clinical supervision in a public or private child welfare or other child and family service-related practice.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management, administration, or clinical supervision in a public or private child welfare or other child and family service-related practice
- Demonstrated experience serving in a strategic role and/or providing strategic consultation
- Excellent adaptive and technical leadership skills
- Knowledge of prevention services and strategies, foster care and permanency services, kinship care, transition services and clinical social work within the child welfare system
