Job Description
Casey Family Programs, an Equal Opportunity Employer, seeks a Sr. Director, Child & Family Services Practice to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of best practices in child and family well-being systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of progressive leadership in practice-driven operations, including supervision and management.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in social work practice, clinical practice consultation, program development and evaluation, and/or clinical program leadership
- Proven track record of progressive leadership in practice-driven operations, including supervision and management
